La Vida Perazosa studio apartment is a brand new poolside studio conveniently located on the west side of the property (no sea view from this apartment) and only a 2 minute walk from center of the Island. The studio comes fully furnished equipped with a split unit A/C for your comfort, ceiling fans, complementary wifi, hot and cold water, private bath, king size bed, and full kitchen.

Rates do not include 9% Govt Hotel Tax (subject to change) and are based on two person occupancy per unit. Additional persons are $15 per person. There is a $60 cleaning fee per unit. A deposit of 50% is due at booking and the balance payable upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Is the standard, NO REFUND for same day cancellation, 30 days required for cancellation/change arrival dates, and over the x-mas holidays 60 days required for cancellation/change reservation.
