This luxury 2 bedroom condo is brand new and boasts ultra modern facilities and amenities. Located on the edge of the village, this luxurious condo is the ideal place to get away from the busy village center while still being only a few minutes away. Situated in a quiet residential area, peace and tranquility are in abundance.

The condo has 2 spacious bedrooms with kingsize beds with ensuite bathrooms and walk in closets, Cariventa is available to rent as a one or two bedroom space. With a bespoke kitchen packed with neoteric appliances, a large lounge area, dining area and balcony, this space offers the perfect place to relax and enjoy all the benefits of a home away from home.

Outside there is a shared pool with sun loungers, and umbrellas to shelter beneath if the Caribbean sun gets a little to much for you. Adjacent to the pool is a sunken garden where you can sit and relax in peace, surrounded by local plants and an array of different flowers.

The condo is fully air-conditioned and has separate units for individual spaces. Both bedrooms and the lounge come with large flat screen TVs .

Rates do not include 9% Govt Hotel Tax (subject to change). There is a $60 US cleaning fee. A deposit of 50% is due at booking and the balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Is the standard NO REFUND for same day cancellation 30 days required for cancellation/change arrival dates, over the x-mas holidays 60 days required for cancellation/change reservation.
