The house features Mexican tiled floors, tiled bathroom,. It is located on a corner lot right on Front Street with easy access to everything like stores, restaurants and the Caribbean sea. It has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4), 1 bath with shower and a full service kitchen/dining room. The bedrooms have air conditioning and cable TV’s and all rooms have ceiling fans. Located just 1 block from the beach and near the center of town, the house offers complete privacy in its fenced yard. Relax on the front or back porch, in the owner-supplied hammocks, and enjoy an early morning sunrise or late evening sunset. You can also pick your own coconuts and enjoy the delicious milk with a beverage of your choice from the on-site dwarf coconut trees.

Rates do not include 9% Govt Hotel Tax (subject to change), and are based on Double Occupancy. There is a $45 US cleaning fee. A deposit of 50% is due at booking and the 2nd half is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Is the standard NO REFUND for same day cancellation 30 days required for cancellation/change arrival dates, over the x-mas holidays 60 days required for cancellation/change reservation.
