Stay at Seaside Villas Condo Number One

Seaside Villas are beach front condos overlooking the sea and barrier reef. With a swimming pool and rooftop jacuzzi, the condo #1 is truly luxurious with all the amenities you would want in a vacation rental.

Condo #1 has one bedrooms and one bathroom, a spacious living room with a sofabed and a fully equipped kitchen along with a private balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Amenities include free WiFi, air conditioning, an in-room safe, cable TV and DVD player.

Low Season (Sept 1st – Nov 15th)

$179 US

High Season (Nov 16 – Aug 31st)

$200 US

Rates do not include 9% Govt Hotel Tax (subject to change) and are based on two person occupancy, but sleeps four. Additional persons are $10 per person. There is an $85 cleaning fee. A deposit of 50% is due at booking and the balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Is the standard NO REFUND for same day cancellation 30 days required for cancellation/change arrival dates, over the x-mas holidays 60 days required for cancellation/change reservation.
