Dive House
The space
This modern home boasts a large kitchen on the main floor and a catering kitchen. We offer full catering to the main kitchen without the mess. We also offer Dive and snorkel packages from our dock as well as sunset and day trips on our catamaran. Free sunset cruise for stays over 7 nights.
Guest access
The Dive House is centrally located in the Village of Caye Caulker where shopping, fine dining and many activities are just a 10 minute walk away. Our dock has snorkeling where you can see angel fish, sea horses and rays. Dive trips can be arranged at a discounted rate as well as in home or under the thatched roof palapa massages.
Other things to note
The home is designed for large groups. The ground floor was a restaurant so the large kitchen has been remodeled as a catering kitchen for large groups. The catering kitchen can be eat in at a table for 8 or food will be brought up to the main kitchen with granite countertops and modern appliances.
Did we mention that we are Pet Friendly? We love our furbabies.
Rates
Entire Home $1389 US per night (up to 14 people. $25 usd per additional person)
Minimum stay is 4 nights. Rates do not include 9% Govt Hotel Tax (subject to change). There is an $300 US cleaning fee. A deposit of 50% is due at booking and the balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Is the standard NO REFUND for same day cancellation 30 days required for cancellation/change arrival dates, over the x-mas holidays 60 days required for cancellation/change reservation.
