Seaside Villas are beach front condos overlooking the sea and barrier reef. With a swimming pool and rooftop jacuzzi, the condo #5 is truly luxurious with all the amenities you would want in a vacation rental.
Condo #5 has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen along with a private balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Amenities include free WiFi, air conditioning, an in-room safe, cable TV and DVD player.

Rates do not include 9% Govt Hotel Tax (subject to change) and are based on four person occupancy. Additional persons are $15 per person. There is a $50 Cleaning Fee. A deposit of 50% is due at booking and the balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Is the standard NO REFUND for same day cancellation 30 days required for cancellation/change arrival dates, over the x-mas holidays 60 days required for cancellation/change reservation.
