Sunset Studio
It has a full kitchen, AC, ocean view, Wi Fi, TV with Netflix and complimentary bikes and kayaks.
The studio is the ground floor of 2 story house, so you must be an animal lover, as dogs and cats also use the yard.
The space
This is a spacious studio on the west side of Caye Caulker, complete with its own small beach area and a wooden dock to relax on above the water and watch the world go by.
Guest access
Guests can access the yard and beachfront area, where there are complimentary kayaks for guests to use.
Other things to note
There is a barge docking area two lots over, so can be a little noisy on occasion.

Rates do not include 9% Govt Hotel Tax (subject to change) and are based on double occupancy. There is a $45 US cleaning fee. A deposit of 50% is due at booking and the 2nd half is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Is the standard NO REFUND for same day cancellation 30 days required for cancellation/change arrival dates, over the x-mas holidays 60 days required for cancellation/change reservation.
