Serendipity

The home has two bedrooms and an open kitchen/living area that opens to two verandas. Double doors lead to the front veranda, allowing for plenty of natural light. The floor is made of magnificent Belizean hardwoods. The custom kitchen cabinetry is mahogany and there is a new breakfast bar extending from the tiled counter tops. The kitchen opens to a private back deck that is always shaded and is used frequently by the owner for dining, reading, chilling. The spacious bathroom has a tiled and glass block shower and a new custom wood sink vanity. There are two air conditioners in the home, though most of the year the ceiling fans are all that are necessary to accompany the natural breeze.

Jan 7th - Sept 30th $129 US/Nightly $800/Weekly (3 night minimum)
Oct 1st - Nov 15th $89 US/Nightly $560/Weekly (3 night minimum)
Nov 16th - Dec 20th $139 US/Nightly $875/Weekly (5 night minimum)
Dec 21st - Jan 6th $179 US/Nightly $1130/Weekly (5 night minimum)

Rates do not include 9% Govt Hotel Tax (subject to change). There is a $45 US cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy: A deposit of 50% is due at booking and the 2nd half is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy is 30 days and 60 days over the Christmas Holidays.

Room Policies No smoking permitted in the room, no visitors are allowed in the room or premises for your own safety. These policies are strongly enforced.
