A marvelous example of airy tropical construction, Reef House has much to offer the discerning guest. Special features start at the 3rd floor with the master bedroom & bathroom overlooking a panoramic view of the island & glimpses of the sea. The master bedroom offers a queen bed & is open to a wrap-around balcony looking down onto the 2nd floor living room & kitchen. Five French doors open up to the breeze & a huge deck.

The main floor features a kitchen with stove/oven & seating, inside and out. The flooring throughout is beautiful local hardwoods and are varnished to a furniture shine. This floor has 2 fully enclosed, air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, one slightly larger than the other as it was once the main bedroom. There is also a marbled tiled shower & countered sink. A large wrap-around deck with outside staircases makes this the center of the house and perfect for relaxation or entertaining. The upstairs, Master bedroom, is open aired and features a full, private bathroom with tub and shower. The ground floor is a separate efficiency apartment for the owner’s use only.

Reef House is located in the rural neighborhood south of the village about a 15 minute bike ride from the village. The beach is never far from anywhere here on the caye and Reef House offers 2 awesome decks that catch the ocean breezes and make relaxing an easy task while reclining in a deck chair or napping in a hammock.

Five night minimum stay. Rates do not include 9% Govt Hotel Tax (subject to change). There is a $60 US cleaning fee. A deposit of 50% is due at booking and the 2nd half is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Is the standard NO REFUND for same day cancellation 30 days required for cancellation/change arrival dates, over the x-mas holidays 60 days required for cancellation/change reservation.
