The house has a living area/full kitchen with futon sofa (queen size). There is a queen bed in an air-conditioned bedroom which leads out to the spacious deck. This house has amazing stain glass windows throughout - even the light shades are hand-made stained glass.

There is also complimentary WiFi, so you can get away from it all, but still be in touch.

Hummingbird Cottage Rates & Information

Low Season (April 30th - Oct 31st) - $69 US
Regular Season (Nov 1st - Dec 19th) - $79 US
High Season (Dec 19th - Jan 5th) - $99 US
Regular Season (Jan 6th - Apr 30th) - $79 US

Rates do not include 9% Govt Hotel Tax (subject to change) and are based on double occupancy. $10 US charged per extra person. There is a $35 US cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy: A deposit of 50% is due at booking and the 2nd half is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy is 30 days and 60 days over the Christmas Holidays.
