Low Season June 1st - Oct 31st $109 US Nightly/$685 US Weekly
High Season Nov 1st - May 31 $129 US Nightly/$810 US Weekly

Rates do not include 9% Govt Hotel Tax (subject to change), and are based on Double Occupancy (1-2 people).

Cancellation Policy: A deposit of 50% is due at booking and the 2nd half is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy is 30 days and 60 days over the Christmas Holidays.
